The firm was established by its principal, Daniel Tan in 2010. It is a boutique law firm specialising in construction and engineering projects in the region.

Its primary area of practice covers dispute avoidance, arbitration, adjudication, contract drafting, negotiations and in-house training for various parties involved in the construction and engineering industries. The firm takes pride in providing high level services that also exceed expectations both in terms of time and cost.

Daniel, with dual qualifications in Civil Engineering and in Law, brings with him over 25 years of experience in this area of practice, and when appropriate, he works closely with external law firms and contracts consultants, sharing their pool of resources and combining their expertise towards ensuring that the high expectations of clientele can be met.
